Sidewalks throughout the community. You can live close to major highways and Tulsa. Tulsa Hills, 15 minutes away, off I-75, offers plenty of shopping options.
Pecan Estates HOA
PEHOA is headed by an elected Board of Directors who generally meet monthly to conduct the business of the Home Owners Association. The day-to-day business activities are performed by a contracted management company, Optimus Property Management. We have in place our Deed of Dedication (covenants) which govern the addition and Bylaws that governs the Board.
The mission of the board is to provide responsible management and use of community assets. Our goal is to maintain homeowner property values.
